This is without a doubt the best fixture for 80% lowers out there. Made of steel with hardened drill bushings. Built to do more than one lower. Will last forever unless you do something stupid. Very well made and engineered.

Ok so now I have purchased all of the 80 percent lower receivers available from AMT. TodAy I received another 12 receivers and amongst them was a ar-15 raw billet lower. Again I am left with only good things to say about the quality of the product and the service AMT provides. All of AMT’s products are a step above the competitors and almost always cheaper, even on sale most other manufacturers lowers are more expensive. If your looking, don’t hesitate, buy from AMT and you won’t be disappointed. On top of everything else, these products are made in America, buy American Made Tactical and keep Americans working. I can tell you from experience that the next jig I buy will be the jig from AMT. Other companies create their jigs with aluminum top plates, that by design are easy to screw up. If I had the extra cash I’d pick one of these up in a heart beat with a hand full of lowers. Eventually the government (California) will put an end to these, so fill your safe while you can. Looks like another quality built, fairly priced product from AMT. Thanks AMT keep up the good work!!!

I bought the jig and a lower together, followed the easy to follow directions and my lower parts went right together without the slightest little hiccup. I recently purchased the tooling kit for when I do my next build and am a very happy canper. I recommend AMT to everyone who tells me they want to do an 80% build. I Love this jig kit, very durable well made HOWEVER they gave me a different style drill stop that has the screw in the middle of the collar (instead of offset) which causes it to be crooked once tightened. Had to purchase addition offset stops to be accurate.
